Coach Doc Sadler has an overall winning record of 169-170 (.499). His greatest accomplishment as a Division 1 coach came in 2005, when he was the head coach of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Coach Sadler led UTEP to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Western Atlantic Conference (WAC) Tournament. Coach Sadler also has four (4) National Invitational Tournament appearances (2006, 2008, 2009 and 2011) to add to his list of accomplishments.
